Requirements: Minimum 6 months in the food service industry; sushi rolling experience preferred; Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; Communication skills to engage and understand customer needs; Valid food handler’s license and solid knowledge of food safety regulations; Ability to stand for extended periods and work under pressure with good judgment; Alignment with company mission and core values
