Position: SUSHI CHEF (FULL TIME)

Requirements: Fine dining, restaurant, hotel, and resort experience are preferred. High-level knife skills and special skills associated with sushi prep, production, and presentation. Knowledge of corporate, state, and federal food safety and sanitation procedures. Ability to maintain food handling, presentation, portion control, and appropriate serving temperatures. Excellent customer interaction skills and the ability to explain menu items accurately. Capacity to uphold sanitation, safety, and production standards as per guidelines. Flexibility to work during peak production and service hours.
