Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of sushi chef experience required; ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure; strong desire to entertain and engage with guests; teamwork and collaboration skills; knowledge of food preparation techniques and industry standards; previous experience in hospitality required; ability to work various shifts including holidays and weekends; must be 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in the United States; high school diploma or GED preferred, culinary schooling a plus
