Position: Sushi Chef for a couple days
About: We are currently developing our upcoming restaurant and need a sushi chef to help us with menu development. We will be renting out a kitchen for a couple of days and need the chef during that time.
Requirements: Food preparation and cooking skills; hygiene knowledge; culinary skills, particularly in seafood; experience working as a Sushi Chef; ability and understanding of how to work in a fast-paced environment; excellent attention to detail; certification from a culinary school is beneficial
