Position: Sushi Chef de Partie
About: Aman New York is seeking a skilled and dedicated Sushi Chef de Partie to join the team at F&B 575 in Nama. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the operations of a specific kitchen station, preparing high-quality food, and ensuring cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Requirements: Culinary degree and/or equivalent practical working experience in a kitchen; flexibility to work shifts, weekends, nights, and holidays; strong teamwork and communication skills; Food Safety certified; able to be organized and work with little supervision; high attention to detail; sensitive to cultural nuances; able to handle tasks in a fast-paced environment; maintain a clean and professional appearance; able to stand for extended periods; ability to lift up to 20 lbs; multi-lingual is a plus
