Requirements: Previous experience working as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role preferred, but not required; thorough training program available; excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently; capacity to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining food quality and sanitation standards; must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
