About: We’re seeking a talented and passionate Sushi Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. As a Sushi Chef, you’ll be responsible for preparing and presenting exceptional sushi dishes that go beyond guest expectations. Your expertise in traditional sushi techniques and commitment to culinary excellence will be instrumental in our continued success.
Requirements: 1+ years experience producing high-quality sushi dishes; Management Experience not required, but is a plus; A passion for culinary experiences and a commitment to teamwork and fun; A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guests; A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship; Certification(s) to responsibly work in and create a safe and clean environment for food production and consumption (ie: State Specific Food Handlers Card); The ability to legally work in the USA
