About: A company in the food service industry is seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Service Manager to oversee all daily operations, menu development, staff training, vendor contracts, safety programs, quality standards, and HACCP compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring cost-effectiveness, maintaining customer satisfaction, and upholding ethical conduct within the organization.
Requirements: High School Graduate; 3 years of experience in food service operations and food preparation, including service techniques, cashiering, and sanitation standards; Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar products; Excellent verbal, oral and written communication skills; Excellent leadership skills including problem-solving and decision-making; Must be self-directed, organized, and detail-oriented; Demonstrated ability to perform arithmetic calculations
