Position: Supplemental Concierge – P/T – Ben Taub Hospital

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 2+ years of customer service, healthcare, or hospitality experience; PC, multi-line phone, and fax machine operation; strong communication skills, including bilingual (English/Spanish) and MS Office proficiency; advanced training in customer service, concierge, hospitality; ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours; healthcare experience preferred
