Position: Supervisor – Wagner (Athletic) Dining
About: Wagner Dining at Headington Hall in Norman, Oklahoma is seeking a responsible and skilled Food Services Supervisor to join their team. The position involves supervising, training, and evaluating personnel, preparing and serving food items, and ensuring a high standard of food service for student athletes and nonathlete students.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED or graduate of culinary school; 36 months experience in food services including 12 months in a supervisory role; proficiency in using kitchen tools and equipment, understanding of food safety and portion control, effective communication skills, basic understanding of nutrition and portion control; must be 18 years or older, pass a background check, and adhere to physical requirements including lifting up to 58 lbs and standing for long periods
