Position: Supervisor Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg – $34-44 per hour
About: Tenet-AZ Region is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg Supervisor for a nursing job in Glendale, Arizona. Supervises and coordinates activities of nursing personnel in one or more patient care units at Abrazo Health Network.
Requirements: Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school; Bachelor’s degree or a Bachelor’s degree obtained within two years; Five years relevant clinical nursing experience; Management experience with two years supervisory experience; Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona; CPR; ACLS required or must obtain within six months of hire for ER, ICU, Endoscopy, Tele, Cardiac Cath Lab, L&D; PALS required or must obtain within six months of hire for ER; ACLS required or must obtain within six months of hire, PALS preferred for PACU; NRP required or must obtain within six months of hire for Post-partum, Nursery, L&D
