About: Alameda Health System is seeking a dedicated Food Services Supervisor to oversee the preparation, delivery, and serving of food within the healthcare facility. The role involves maintaining quality assurance standards, monitoring sanitation, standardizing recipes, and supervising food service workers. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in food and nutrition, dietetics, or food management; 1 year of experience in dietetic service in a licensed health facility OR graduate of a dietetic technician training program approved by the American Dietetic Association OR graduate of a dietetic assistant training program approved by the American Dietetic Association OR graduate of a dietetic services training program approved by the Dietary Managers Association and certified dietary manager credentialed by the Certifying Board of the Dietary Managers Association; 2 years of experience as a Senior Food Service Worker with AHS OR 6 months experience as a Food Service Supervisor, preferably in a healthcare setting; ServSafe Certificate
