Position: Supervisor-Food Services (Non-Exempt)
About: Under the supervision of Nutritional Services management, the Hospital Foodservice Supervisor at Mercy is responsible for assisting in department development, coordinating operations in the kitchen, cafeteria, catering, Patient Call Center, and Patient Room Service. The role involves planning, organizing, staffing, and supporting operational direction to provide excellent service to patients, guests, and co-workers in line with Mercy’s mission and values.
Requirements: Experience: Minimum of one year in a supervisory role; Required Education: Bachelor’s degree or minimum of five years of experience in a food service supervisory role
