Position: Supervisor- Cross Village Restaurants
About: This position is responsible for supervising, training, and evaluating assigned personnel in a university dining setting. The role involves preparing, producing, and serving food items while overseeing other staff members. Additionally, it includes cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and participating in special events across the university campuses.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED or graduate of culinary school; 36 months experience in food services including 12 months in a supervisory role; Proficiency in using kitchen tools and equipment, basic math skills, effective communication, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards; Ability to lift up to 58 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs; Hepatitis A vaccine required
