Position: Supervisor Concierge

As a Concierge Supervisor, you will be responsible for all aspects of the Concierge Department including coaching, training, and monitoring calls to increase efficiency and ensure outstanding customer service for all of our customers.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED; Microsoft Office experience; Minimum of 1 year supervisor experience in a large call center environment; Must be able to work variable schedule, including evenings and weekends based on business needs; Customer Service experience
