Position: Supervisor
About: Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital is seeking a dedicated RN Clinical Unit Supervisor for Med Surg/Tele to ensure the delivery of high-quality medical-surgical and telemetry care. This role involves coordinating staff assignments, promoting team collaboration, and managing operational responsibilities to contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient-centered care.
Requirements: Bachelor of Science degree in nursing; minimum of three (3) years of clinical nursing experience in Medical/Surgical/Telemetry nursing with one (1) year of Clinical Unit Supervisor experience; current California Nursing license; certification in Medical/Surgical Nursing preferred; basic EKG competence; bilingual skills preferred; basic computer skills; current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications; experience with Electronic Medical Record preferred
