Position: Supervisor
About: Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Unit Supervisor for the Med Surg/Telemetry department. This leadership role involves overseeing patient care delivery, promoting employee development, and ensuring high standards of patient advocacy and care in a dynamic clinical setting, with a focus on collaboration and quality improvement efforts.
Requirements: Bachelor of Sciences degree in nursing; minimum of three (3) years of clinical nursing experience in Medical/Surgical/Telemetry nursing with one (1) year of Clinical Unit Supervisor experience; current California Nursing license; certification in Medical/Surgical Nursing preferred; basic EKG Competence; bilingual skills preferred (Spanish); basic computer skills; current Basic Life Support (BLS); current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS); experience with Electronic Medical Record preferred.
