Position: Supervisor
About: Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital is seeking a dedicated RN Clinical Unit Supervisor for the Med Surg/Telemetry department on the 5th floor. The hospital is committed to providing high-quality patient-centered care based on the Watson Model and values excellence in clinical nursing practice and management.
Requirements: Bachelor of Sciences degree in nursing (individuals hired without a BSN must complete a degree program within 5 years of hire date); Minimum of three (3) years of clinical nursing experience in Medical/Surgical/Telemetry with at least one (1) year of Clinical Unit Supervisor experience; Current California Nursing license; Certification in Medical/Surgical Nursing preferred; Basic EKG Competence; Bilingual skills preferred (Spanish); Basic computer skills; Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification; Experience with Electronic Medical Record preferred
