Position: Supervisor
About: The Murphy’s Taproom, a vibrant and bustling restaurant, is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to support the Restaurant Manager in leading and motivating the Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) Staff. The Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and managing daily operations in the Manager’s absence.
Requirements: 2+ years supervisory or management experience, preferably in a restaurant or retail environment; ability to train, guide, and lead staff; ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously; flexibility to work varied hours; strong communication, organizational, and time management skills; valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
