Position: Supervisor
About: The Murphy’s Taproom, a lively and bustling restaurant located in an exciting and engaging environment, is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to assist the Restaurant Manager in leading and inspiring both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) staff to deliver exceptional customer service. The Supervisor will maintain a welcoming atmosphere where guests receive top-notch service and delicious meals in a clean setting. This role includes overseeing daily operations in the Manager’s absence.
Requirements: 2+ years supervisory or management experience, preferably in a restaurant or retail setting; ability to train, mentor, and lead staff effectively; ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously; willingness to work flexible hours; strong communication, organizational, and time management skills; possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
