Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to multitask and manage time effectively; proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, email); previous experience in a front desk or administrative role preferred; familiarity with office equipment and telephone systems; ability to work independently and as part of a team
