Position: Store Manager (Bilingual)

About: Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is looking for a Store Manager (Bilingual) to lead the team and maintain high-quality standards. This role involves coaching, training, and guiding staff, as well as overseeing daily operations to ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required; minimum one year of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience; minimum one year customer service, retail, and/or sales experience; hands-on cash management experience; excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in using phone system, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems; must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama); background check required
