Position: Store Manager
About: Managers at Green Crush are responsible for overseeing all daily operations, including employee selection, development, and performance management. They also manage inventory, optimize profits, and ensure guest satisfaction by upholding company policies and regulations. Communication with HR and payroll is essential, along with effectively leading a team of 10-15 employees. Additional duties include tracking attendance, scheduling, and attending mandatory meetings.
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Food Handlers Card (within 30 days of hire date); strong management/leadership skills; problem-solving/detail-oriented skills; responsible, trustworthy, and excellent customer service skills; schedule flexibility; cash handling experience; legal authorization to work in the United States
