Requirements: 3+ years of proven sales management or team leadership experience; track record of meeting and exceeding goals; experience in high-end/specialty environments preferred; adept at using technology for store operations and sales presentations; ability to lead in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment; motivated by a pay-for-performance compensation plan; flexible schedule availability; authorization to work in the United States; high school diploma or equivalent required
