Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; demonstrated success in retail sales management; problem-solving skills for customer complaints; ability to manage inventory, order scheduling, and merchandising displays; experience in assisting customers for personal sales and handling complaints; exceptional teammate and customer communication skills; negotiation and conflict resolution skills; valid automobile driver’s license; 2-year college degree or equivalent preferred
