Position: Store Leaders
About: The RAM Restaurant and Brewery is searching for Store Leaders to join their award-winning team. Known for their Gold Medal-winning beers and exceptional food and service, the RAM is looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering memorable experiences to guests and leading their team to success.
Requirements: One year leadership, managerial, or related experience; basic math skills; positive attitude; food and beer knowledge or the ability to become an expert; must be in possession of (or able to obtain) a food handlers permit; excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability and stamina to spend an extended amount of time on your feet; experience in high-volume preferred; ability to work weekends; passion to serve both guests and team
