Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; proficiency in basic business and finance acumen, analysis, and problem-solving skills; emphasis on people development and guest service; strong communication and computer skills; three or more years of management experience; retail management experience preferred; knowledge of general business practices; organizational skills; ability to provide excellent customer service and training; genuine interest in animals; valid driver’s license.
