Position: Stewarding Supervisor FT
About: Assist with supervising a group or shift of stewarding employees and activities. Ensure total maintenance, sanitation, par stocks, and sufficient equipment in all assigned food production service areas.
Requirements: One year of experience in stewarding, kitchen maintenance, kitchen operations or similar. Knowledge of food and beverage service operation preferred. Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds, stand up and move about the kitchen, handle food, objects, products, and utensils, bend, stoop, kneel. Strong communication, problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational, and training abilities. Reading and writing skills needed for scheduling, inventory monitoring. May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
