Position: Stewarding Assistant Manager – MGM Yonkers
About: MGM Resorts International, a renowned entertainment company, is currently seeking a Stewarding Assistant Manager to lead the stewarding operations for their food and beverage outlets, setting high standards of cleanliness and efficiency in a vibrant and dynamic work environment.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years or older and able to obtain required licensing through the New York State Gaming Commission; At least 2 years of prior relevant experience including stewarding within the hotel or casino industry; Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams; Knowledge of kitchen equipment, materials, and sanitation standards; Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays; Experience in a union environment and Spanish fluency are a plus
