Position: Steakhouse Sous Chef
About: The Nash Casino, a vibrant and dynamic entertainment venue, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The Sous Chef will play a crucial role in managing the back-of-house operations, contributing to menu development, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in alignment with Health Department regulations.
Requirements: Culinary degree preferred but not required; minimum of 2 years cooking experience; high school diploma or its equivalent; must be 21 years of age or older; must pass all required pre-screening and background checks; ability to work a variety of shifts, including day, swing, late-night, weekend, and holiday shifts as scheduled; must be able to obtain required work cards and non-gaming registration as necessary by the local jurisdiction
