Position: Steakhouse Room Manager – Sunset
About: Responsible for overseeing Team Member performance, setting schedules, and managing job duties to ensure proper staffing and adherence to service standards. Communicates with managers regularly and leads daily huddles to share important updates. Manages budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to meet financial goals effectively.
Requirements: Ability to effectively communicate with Guests, Team Members, and Management; Comprehensive knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and beverages with culinary background preferred; Sound decision-making skills; Experience as a restaurant General Manager or Assistant General Manager with P&L responsibility preferred; Proficiency in cost control, menu planning, budgeting, training, and inventory control
