Position: Statehouse Lead Cook PM $22hr
About: A restaurant in need of Line Cooks who can accurately and efficiently cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups, and other hot food products, while also preparing and portioning food items prior to cooking. The Line Cooks are responsible for food preparation, final plate presentation, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and kitchen procedures.
Requirements: Ability to read/comprehend recipes and restaurant tickets; a minimum of 2 years of cooking experience; clear communication with managers, kitchen, and dining room personnel; able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 pounds; capable of standing for long periods of time; basic knowledge of kitchen sanitation, safety, and serving guests with allergies
