Position: Sr Project Executive – Food & Beverage, Consumer Products & Manufacturing (Traveler)
About: Gilbane, a top-10 ENR Contractor, is seeking a Senior Project Executive with extensive experience in the Food & Beverage, Consumer Products & Manufacturing sector. As a representative of the Company, you will be responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of multiple complex construction-management projects. This role requires frequent travel to job sites and Gilbane offices for training, meetings, and more. If you can position, sell, and execute complex projects, we want to talk to you.
Requirements: BS OR MS degree in Engineering or Construction Management; 10-15 years in the lead role on a portfolio of projects valued at $150 million or larger ($50-60mm for this specific sector) and extensive experience with construction projects in the Food & Beverage, Consumer Products & Manufacturing sector; Prior experience working for either a general contractor/CM, engineer, or owner; Or equivalent combination of education and experience; Strong technical and communication skills are critical; Ability to work in a team environment; Leadership and management skills; Knowledge of Procore, Microsoft Office (preferred)
