Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, operations management, or related field required; MBA/Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; 5-7 years of successful operations experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role; strong strategic thinking and communication skills; proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office; history of applying continuous improvement concepts and tools
