Position: Sr. Food Services Worker/Assistant Supervisor (PM) – Cross Village Restaurants
About: Cross Village Restaurants is seeking a first-line assistant supervisor responsible for food preparation, production, and service. The role involves training team members, assigning work priorities, ensuring quality food service, and overseeing inventory maintenance. Employees on a 5-hour shift receive a free meal, and uniforms are provided at no cost. This is a closing shift position eligible for a shift differential rate.
Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or graduate of culinary school; 12 months of restaurant/customer service experience; Proficiency in using kitchen tools and equipment; Basic math skills; Effective communication in English; Understanding nutrition and portion control; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs; Must be 18 years or older; Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to varying temperatures
