Position: Sr Director Operations (Willamette Valley)
About: OPC is a family-owned company based in the Pacific Northwest of the United States, with a history dating back over 45 years as a small family farm. They have expanded to over 140,000 irrigated acres and operate processing plants in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Michigan, focusing on sustainable agricultural practices.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Industrial Management, Engineering, Food Science, Management, or Operations; 10+ years of manufacturing experience; 5+ years of leadership experience; 2+ years of lean manufacturing tool experience; experience with FDA and regulatory standards; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and presentation skills; computer proficiency with MS Office suite; knowledge of HACCP and quality programs; experience in labor union negotiations preferred
