Position: Sr Director Operations II
About: HMSHost at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is currently seeking a Senior Director of Operations II to manage revenue-generating and operational activities for approximately 20 to 30 restaurants and staff support functions within the location. The role involves ensuring high operational and financial standards are met, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and making strategic leadership decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: Education and management knowledge; Must have demonstrated progress toward a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience; Restaurant experience; Minimum 12 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience with accountability for 20 to 30 operating units; Financial acumen; Strong understanding of key financial metrics and profitability drivers; Technical skills and abilities; Knowledge of restaurant product and service quality standards; Build and maintain positive relationships; Ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders; Build high-performing teams; History of leading successful teams and developing leaders; Managing priorities and problem-solving; Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems effectively; Communication; Strong verbal and written communication skills
