Position: Sr. Director, Food Services

Requirements: Ba or BS degree, preferably in Culinary Arts; 10+ years of multi-unit full-service restaurant or high-end retail food management experience; Entrepreneurial mindset and forward thinking; Customer experience orientation; Understanding of P&L statements, inventory systems, receiving protocols, and business financial reporting; Working understanding of food and supply cost and controls, including labor cost and controls; Excellent leadership skills with extensive experience leading in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; Outstanding communication skills and high level of confidence; Strong collaboration and relationship orientation; Ability to effectively plan, execute strategies, and juggle multiple projects; Maintains confidentiality and security of sensitive company information; Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
