Position: Sr Dir, F&B Experience & Innovation
About: Vail Resorts, a leading company in the hospitality and travel industry, is seeking a Senior Director of Food and Beverage Experience & Innovation to join their dynamic team. The role involves leading the development and execution of innovative F&B strategies to enhance guest experiences across their mountain dining locations.
Requirements: 15+ years of operational leadership experience in F&B, Hospitality, or Travel & Leisure industry; expertise in leading a multi-unit portfolio generating at least $100M in revenue; progressive leadership experience in F&B operations; demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and third-party partners; flexibility to travel within North American resort portfolio; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, F&B point of sale systems, and Smartsheet; willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by business operations.
