Position: Sr. Coordinator, Workplace Experience

About: Sony Pictures Entertainment is seeking a Sr. Coordinator, Workspace Experience to oversee security, safety, and access management as well as the Reception experience of a 240,000sf workspace campus for 3 distinct operating businesses. This role involves leading all ‘Front of House’ services with a strong focus on customer service and employee experience, aiming to create a community-oriented workspace for artists.

Requirements: At least 5 years working in a large scale security operation; deep relationships with Sony on-lot S3 organization (Security, Safety, and Sustainability); experience in high-touch customer-focused environments; experience in a production environment, animation or visual effects studios, and/or work with Sony Facilities is a plus; meeting and exceeding client expectations; strong technical experience in conceptualizing and executing a security program; strong communication skills; FLS and CPR/AED Training a plus; ability to work autonomously in ambiguous environments, with a strong willingness to learn and continuously improve.
