Position: Sr. Chef – Culinary Innovation (Pizza, Pasta & Dough)

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years of professional kitchen experience including Michelin-rated (or equivalent award-winning) high-end fine dining restaurants; expertise in pizza, pasta, and dough recipe design and scaling for consistency; professional culinary technique guided by global high-end fine dining gastronomy standards; excellent communication skills; strong organizational and planning skills; self-directed curiosity and creativity; collaboration, networking, and information gathering skills; English fluency required; ability to travel 10-15%;
