Position: Sr. Catering & Sales Manager
About: The Marriott Winston-Salem & Benton Convention Center is seeking a Senior Catering Manager to drive catering revenue, manage key accounts, and oversee on-property catering sales teams.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior catering sales experience at a large hotel, convention center, or venue with at least 75,000 SQFT; experience handling groups of over 1,000 attendees preferred; strong knowledge of the North Carolina and Winston-Salem market; Marriott Sales Experience Highly Preferred; Hotel Sales Experience Highly Preferred; proven ability to drive revenue and grow market share in a competitive environment
