About: The Dual General Manager is a polished, well-spoken, and well-regarded ambassador responsible for all aspects of operations for two hotels, ensuring financial performance optimization and compliance with regulations and standards. They lead key operational initiatives and serve as a crucial communication link with various stakeholders.
Requirements: At least 6 years progressive experience in a hotel or a related field; proficient in Windows operating systems, Company approved spreadsheets, and word processing; valid driver’s license for the applicable state; strong leadership, problem-solving, speaking, reading, and writing skills; ability to handle high-pressure situations, convey information clearly, evaluate alternative courses of action, and assimilate complex information; effective at listening, understanding, and resolving concerns; proficient in financial information and basic arithmetic functions.
