Position: Sportsbook Tavern Bus Person
About: Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Bus Person to maintain the cleanliness of the bar area, reset tables, and provide essential support to the bartenders and servers, ensuring a seamless experience for patrons at Bleau Bar.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience as a Bus Person or similar role in an upscale bar, lounge, or restaurant is preferred; excellent customer service skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail; physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy trays; effective communication and collaboration skills with colleagues and guests; willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends
