Position: Specialty Restaurant Chef
About: Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel, located at 1 West Wacker Drive in Chicago, Illinois, is seeking a talented and dedicated individual to fill the role of Specialty Restaurant Kitchen Manager. This position offers the opportunity to showcase culinary expertise, lead a team, manage food-related functions, and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction in a dynamic hotel environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area. OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
