Position: Specialty Restaurant Chef

About: The St. Regis Deer Valley in Park City, Utah, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Specialty Restaurant Kitchen Manager to oversee the culinary operations of the property’s specialty restaurant. The St. Regis Hotels & Resorts is known for its commitment to delivering exceptional experiences across its luxury hotels and resorts worldwide, embodying a blend of timeless glamour and modern sophistication.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area. OR 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
