About: The Specialty Cook is responsible for all types of cooking functions required for the preparation of specialty (Chinese) menu items. This position is within a dining establishment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 4 years Cantonese Chinese cooking experience; effective communication in English and Cantonese Chinese language; ability to work from a standing position for extended periods of time; neat appearance with good personal hygiene
