Position: Special Events Coordinator (Administrative Specialist 1)
About: The Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission (OLCC) oversees access to alcohol and cannabis products in Oregon through education, regulation, and distilled spirits distribution. The agency is comprised of three major operational programs: the Distilled Spirits Program, the Recreational Marijuana Program, and the Public Safety Program, with revenue generated supporting state and local government programs. This position is within the Public Safety Program, which licenses and regulates businesses in the marijuana and alcohol industry.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Two years of secretarial or basic administrative support experience including records processing; Associate degree in general office occupations and one year of experience with records processing; Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, TEAMS, Adobe Pro; Experience working with databases, auditing reports, and performing quality assurance; Excellent customer service skills, in person, verbally, and in writing; Strong attention to detail; Experience working with confidential information
