Position: Sparrow Sous Chef
About: Sparrow Rooftop, part of the Wurzak Hotel Group, is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to lead its culinary operations in downtown Fort Lauderdale. This culinary leader will be responsible for all Sparrow Rooftop restaurant food production, menu development, staff supervision, and budget management while maintaining high food quality and sanitation standards.
Requirements: Associate’s degree in food preparation, management, nutrition, or related field; 4 years of progressive experience in fine dining high volume food production or catering; familiarity with hospitality industry practices; ability to interact positively with team members and guests; attention to detail and efficient time management; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet legal employment requirements.
