Position: Spa/Salon Concierge
About: Island View Casino Resort is currently seeking a Spa/Salon Concierge to join their team. The role involves greeting guests, making spa/salon appointments, checking guests in and out of the spa, and maintaining the spa’s appearance to meet Islandview standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent; at least one year of experience as a cashier, in retail, receptionist, or administrative assistant; at least six months of customer service experience; ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays; excellent communication, guest service, and organizational skills
